Three levels of care, one standard
One crew that learns your yard, one manager who watches it, and a program sized to how much of the property you'd like us to take on.
Essentials, Premier, or Concierge
The difference is how much of the property we take on, not how carefully we do it. Every level comes with an estate manager who knows your yard.
Medium, about 4,000 to 9,000 sq ft of lawn.
Essentials
The core care a well-kept home needs, on a weekly rhythm.
- Weekly mowing and trimming
- Lawn fertilization program
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Seasonal flowers and one mulch installation
- Irrigation oversight
- Text support and a dedicated point of contact
- Two property health visits from your estate manager
Premier
Gardening, pruning, and year-round oversight for layered plantings.
- Everything in Essentials
- Professional gardening, bed maintenance, and weeding
- Shrub and perennial pruning, with tree and shrub fertilization
- Perimeter pest program
- Leaf cleanups through the fall
- Outdoor lighting oversight and priority storm response
- Ten property health visits a year
Concierge
The whole property, managed as an extension of the house.
- Everything in Premier
- Irrigation system warranty
- App-controlled smart watering
- Long-term estate planning with 3D design
- Plant warranty program
- A dedicated estate manager
- Twelve property health visits a year
Starting prices for the lawn size you picked. Seasonal color zones and extra gardening blocks can be added to any level.
One person who knows your property
Every level of care comes with an estate manager. They walk the property on a set schedule, talk with your crew about what needs attention, and call you before anything is added to an invoice.
You get one number to text and one person who already knows the yard.
- Scheduled property health visits, 2 to 12 a year by level
- One point of contact by text or phone
- Nothing added without a conversation first
You shouldn't have to be home
The crew arrives on the same morning each week, works the property in the same order, and leaves a note on what they did and what they're watching.
Gates get latched, hoses get coiled, and the walks are blown clean before the truck leaves.
- A consistent crew, not whoever is available
- A note after every visit
- Rain days move to the next dry morning, and we tell you the night before
Only need one part of the yard handled?
Two smaller programs for the lawn or the beds on their own. Same crews, same standard.
Lawn basics
The lawn cut, fed, and watered right, every week.

- Spring cleanup and one mulch installation
- Professional gardening, bed maintenance, and weeding
- Shrub and perennial pruning
- Shrub and tree fertilization
- Text support and a dedicated point of contact
- One property health visit a year

The questions we get about programs
By the square footage of lawn we maintain. The selector above shows the starting figure for each range. We confirm it after walking the property with you, and it's billed evenly across twelve months.
Yes. The first visit is priced as a cleanup so the crew starts from a known baseline, then the monthly rate begins.
Additional annual color zones and four-hour gardening blocks can be added to any level. Your estate manager will price them with you.
We move to the next dry morning and tell you the night before. The route stays in the same order so your day only shifts by one.
Thirty days in writing, no fee. Most people who leave are moving.
Begin with an outdoor living assessment
Every property starts with a walkthrough and a conversation. We'll learn your goals, look at the landscape, and recommend the level of care that actually fits.
