1.) On-Site Meeting & Yard Tour
Let’s get started on your outdoor transformation!
We come to you for our first meeting. We discuss ideas and take a walking tour of your property so we can see what you have, and how that can transform into what you want.
2.) Design Phase
We design the yard you’ve always wanted
Now it’s time to create a plan; a design to bring your vision to life! Your landscape designer will develop a professional, to-scale architectural drawing that is customized to your property.
Our designs include all relevant layers of your project – planting and hardscape design, irrigation systems, grading and drainage layout, lighting plans and more.
Once your landscape design is created, we’ll meet again to review. We’ll collaborate to choose the materials, plants, and colors that best suit your style and budget.
Best of all, we’re skilled at long-term planning to keep costs manageable while still developing a master plan that brings your vision to life.

3.) Installation, Planting & Perfection
Your Design Comes to Life!
With your design approved, it’s time for construction. We’ll coordinate all construction action items like scheduling, permitting, and material procurement. All you’ll have to do is help us choose the best time for you and your family.
Quiet Village crews are more than contractors – many of our crew leaders have 15 or more years of experience with ongoing professional training. We build to exceed industry standards, creating features that will last for years to come. Our crews respect your home and property, paying close attention to the process, each and every day.
4.) Project Review & Maintenance Plan
